Refund Policy:
If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the product, you may return your ordered goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that all requirements listed on this page are met. Once we receive the returned goods, your money will be refunded within 14 days.
Important: Return shipping costs are always covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Brizee™.
Easy returns in 3 steps:
Step 1:
Send us an email at info@brizee.eu. Please include a complete request containing the following points:

Do you want to exchange the product or return it completely?

Please send photos to clarify the issue.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return form from us.
Step 2:
Send the items listed in the form back to the address provided in the form. Make sure you have a tracking code (Track & Trace). As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment is delivered.
Send the tracking code to info@brizee.eu so we can track your request at any time and respond accordingly.
Step 3:
Once we receive the returned goods, the order amount will be transferred back to your account within 14 days.
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made products.

Gift products (for example, a free gift or a product included in a 1+1 free promotion).
